How to Plant Gladiolus

If you are in California Gladiolus should be planted between January and March.  If you are in other states go to VanBloem Garden for details.

Quick Tips:
•  Plant after the danger of frost has passed
•  Plant in informal groups of 3 or more
•  fertilize just after planting and during the growing season

Easy 1-2-3 Planting Instructions:
1. Dig.  Loosen soil and dig a hole to the required depth
2. Drop.  Place bulbs in hole, pointed ends up
3. Done.  Replace the soil covering the bulbs and water thoroughly

Bloom time:  Mid Summer
Height:  50" (125 cm)
